The workers will perform job duties to assist with the installation of hardscape features using mortarless segmental concrete units by carrying pavers; carrying blocks; spreading 2a modified limestone, 2b limestone, 1a limestone, 1b limestone as a base for mortarless segmental concrete units; utilizing a wheel barrow to move gravel in addition to spreading and shoveling, sweeping sands into joints, placing pins into Versa-Lok wall pieces (solid, pinned segmental retaining wall), gluing wall caps, and cleaning the work area.
The workers will utilize shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, brooms, mallets, and gas-powered blowers.
The mortarless segmental concrete "units" will be placed as Patios, Walkways, Pool Decks, Retaining Walls, Garden Walls/Border, and Steps.

Perform a variety of landscape maintenance and installation tasks to support the development and upkeep of outdoor spaces. Duties include operating company vehicles to travel between job sites; mowing, mulching, planting, trimming, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other plant materials; and assisting with the installation of hardscape features using mortarless segmental concrete units. Support the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems and landscape lighting. Responsibilities may also include preparing job sites through removal of existing landscape features, as well as assisting with grading, clearing, and water drainage solutions to ensure healthy landscape conditions.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 75 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use. Post-hire background check and employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
