Job description

MONITOR ACTIVITIES AT FACILITY. MAY PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING CHECKING MEMBERSHIP CARDS, CONFIRMING RESERVATIONS ARRANGING MERCHANDISE & PROVIDING FACILITY INFO, MINOR CLEANING

(1) worker needed. Dates of need: 10/1/25-5/31/26. Rotating shifts. Workdays: Mon-Sun. Work hours: 7am-11pm, 35 hrs per
week. Rate of pay: $15.02-$18 /hr based on performance, $22.53-$27/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. End of season and Christmas bonuses available. Optional housing provided for free. $500 refundable deposit, due in advance, will be held as security, and not as rental payment, final or otherwise to ensure that the Tenant complies with all of the terms and conditions of this Lease. If Tenant should remain in possession of the Leased Premises after the expiration of the Term without the execution by Landlord and Tenant of a written agreement allowing Tenant to do so, Tenant shall be deemed to be occupying the Leased Premises as a tenant-at-sufferance, subject all the covenants and obligations of this Lease and a daily rental of $300.00 shall be due. Uniforms and shift meals

Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to
compute wages. May get up to 10 hours of overtime when available. All
deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The
employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and
equipment required to perform the job.

The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and
subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where
necessary) at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00
per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work
for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of
employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment
covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) by
inclusion in the paycheck for the applicable week. Employer will provide or
pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence
from the place of employment to the place from which the worker,
disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if
the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed
from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the
period, consistent with § 655.20(j)(1)(ii); Employer will provide daily
transportation to and from the worksite(s) from Employer's office. H-2B
workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa
processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those
mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will
provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the
job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).

*Your security deposit is refundable upon completion of your contract and
upon inspection of the housing. If a worker abandons their job without
permission of the employer or a worker abandons their housing before the
end of the petition date for any reason except employer termination, the
workers forfeits all housing deposits, PTO, vacation and bonus pay. Upon
termination of resignation, the worker must vacate the housing immediately
thereafter unless agreed upon by the employer.*
