Job description

Oversee and lead the implementation of new biometric time clock system at the production facility in Ward, South Carolina; Act as liaison between company and service provider to develop and define project requirements; Coordinate with the service provider on suggested process improvements and metrics for measuring employee performance; Assist in the biometric data collection of all employees for the new system; Load all biometric data into the new biometric time clock system; Work with the service provider to test all systems; Attend remote training session with service provider. Organize training materials and conduct staff training on use of new time clock system; Conduct training of managers on use of new time clock system and modules for employee performance metrics. Coordinate with service provider with the full scale implementation of new time clock system and switch from the current paper process; Manage trainings on the new time keeping system for Managers and Supervisors; Monitor new time clock system for accuracy and iron out any bugs with assistance of service provider. Under the supervision of Human Resources Manager, prepare new Employee Handbook and Policy Manual by researching, organizing, compiling, formatting, writing, and editing all information, materials, and topics for inclusion in the new handbook and policy manual as directed by HR Manager. Topics include the company's employment policies, working conditions, standards of conduct, security policy, employee rewards programs, company benefits and wellness policies; Procedural topics include completing Form I-9 and E-Verify information, the process and procedures for hiring and terminating employees, completing Form I-9 and E-Verify information, payroll processing, sick leave and vacation compensation and any other topics as directed by HR Manager. Finalize new Employee Handbook and Policy Manual for approval, publication, and issuance by company management.
