Job description

Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and packs oyster meats into containers for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. 14 days on the job training provided.

Special Requirements

Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Random (post-employment). Workers must shuck 80 pounds every 8 hours quality (unblemished) shucked meat after 2 weeks on the job training. No infectious diseases: seafood allergies may be fatal.
