Responsible for supervising resort restaurants. The Restaurant Supervisor enforces compliance with state and resort standards at the direction of the Director of F&B, while motivating employees to deliver exceptional guest service. Monitor daily restaurant operations
to ensure smooth service. Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house during service. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Supervise and support restaurant team during service. Assist with O.T.J. training and scheduling of team members.
Resolve team conflicts and maintain team moral. Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure proper storage and organization of product. Minimize waste and assist with controls of cost of goods. Handle guests’ complaints and ensure guests satisfaction.
Monitor steps of service quality during service. Support team during busy hours to maintain service standards. Help maintain team attendance records, sales, and inventories. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare reports, check lists, and
assignments for daily business.
Please note that the position of Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for training personnel. The position will provide potential input related to hiring. However, the position will not make final decisions related to hiring.

Duties: The Restaurant Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for supervising resort restaurants. The Restaurant Supervisor enforces compliance with state and resort standards at the direction of the Director of F&B, while motivating employees to deliver exceptional guest service.
Requirements: Two (2) years in food and beverage supervisory position with at least one year in luxury resort setting. International experience preferred. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
Pay Rate: $22.86 / hour. OT available at $34.29 / hour. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.
Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be per-formed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
