Job description
Responsible for the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and amenities, and handling of payment transactions. Offer warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests and assist them with general hotel information; Provide information on hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions; Process guest payments and maintain accurate records; Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly; Collaborate with other department to ensure a seamless guest experience; Maintain accurate records of room availability; and Maintain discretion and security for the hotel and guests.
Special Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Previous Customer Service Experience. Proficient in spoken English and written English. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Scheduled Sunday - Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00 pm or 11:00pm 07:00am with 1-2 days off per week. May be required to work overnight shift, weekends and overtime.
