The detailed job duties included in the job description as originally submitted indicate how the workers will prepare the seafood for sale or consumption. These specific duties combined are the duties the employee will perform to prepare the seafood for sale or consumption. The specific job duties listed in the original submission which indicate how the employee will prepare for sale or consumption are the following: peeling seafood; cleaning and trimming section of seafood for future processing, removing parts, inspecting product for defects; Sort seafood by size and place in containers for further processing; use hands and hand tool to cut, trim and to pick/remove seafood/meat; rinse, weigh and prepare seafood for picking; clean/trim seafood for future processing; weigh product, packing seafood/product; weigh product; mark product.
Packing seafood/product may include a placing crawfish in sacks; packaging tailmeat, shrimp, or other seafood in premade bags/boxes and then placing the vacuum sealed bags in boxes.

Special Requirements
MANUAL DEXTERITY OF HANDS FOR SHELLING AND PEELING/EXTENSIVE SITTING AND/OR STANDING. MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
Employees are required to adhere to company's production standard of 5.25 lbs. per hour worked. Employees unable to achieve the production standard stated in the contract will not be allowed to work over the minimum amount of hours offered. Employees producing lower than the production standard for an extended period of time with no improvement may be subject to job termination at the discretion of management.
