Job description

Duties may include: Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met, measure, weigh, and count products and materials, and obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools. Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such as loading docks. Load materials and products into package processing equipment, and transport containers to trucks or trailers, & other related Potato Packer activities as per SOC/OES 53-7064 (onetonline.org).

Special Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Variable weather conditions may apply. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
