Job description
Admin/Office Clerk to work in office that helps support the operations of agricultural equipment
repairs for farmers. Track parts invoices and coordinate with the parts department to ensure
accurate pricing and receipt of purchase orders. Review sales tax on work orders for
compliance with state and local laws. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and
scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers. Answer
telephones, direct calls, and take messages. Communicate with customers, employees, and
other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and
address complaints. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems,
either manually or using a computer. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain
information to respond to requests. Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other
documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers or typewriters. Inventory and
order materials, supplies, and services. Deliver messages and run errands. Process and
prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports. Train other
staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications. Troubleshoot
problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is
required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety
regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be
rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and
