Job description
Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and
spray crops. Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special
loading-related equipment as necessary. Drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons,
including tractor-trailer combinations, to transport and deliver products, livestock, or other
materials. Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles. Inspect and maintain
vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that
vehicles are in proper working condition. Drive vehicles with capacities under three tons to
transport materials to and from specified destinations, such as stations, plants, residences,
offices, or within industrial yards.
Equipment: Tractors Sprayer, Swather, Planting implements - Air seeder/corn planter/disc drill,
front end loader, dump truck, semi - pulling flatbed, grain trailer, chain floor
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have
positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to
strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30
days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers
discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job
