Job description
Produce high quality food according to recipes and menus or assigned special in a timely,
organized manner. Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times.
Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Shifts vary: 6:30AM-3:00PM, 8:30AM-3:00PM, 2:30PM-11:00PM, 9:00AM-11:00PM. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, weekends and holidays as required.
Special Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-months hotel/resort Line Cook experience required.
Pre-employment, post-injury or incident drug test required; cost paid by employer.
Applicants must complete an employment application.
Must follow pandemic policy and guidelines which may include daily health assessment and temperature check.
