Job description

Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts,
or transfer augers. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Operate or tend
equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment.
Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions.
Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and
hand tools. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm
machinery to harvest and store grain crops. Till soil. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate
self-propelled combine.
Any tasks derived from a Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) other than the SOC designated
in this job order are strictly incidental in nature, performed only on an occasional basis, and constitute
less than the majority of the contractual period, and shall not be construed as reflective of the primary
occupation for which certification is sought.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be
capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety
guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating
company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow
instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of
