Job description
Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, handtrucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on
machinery. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors and combines. Attach farm implements such as harvesters to tractors, Weigh crop-filled containers,
and record weights and other identifying information. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to harvest and store grain crops. Tow
harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. we provide electronic communication free of charge or deposit to all of our workers the entire length of their employment. We provide cell phones to every worker free of charge or deposit, and there are radio transmitters in the equipment.
Special Requirements
No minimum education requirement. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of safety
