Specific Refreshments to be prepared and served to patrons and their method of preparation are as follows:
Soft Serve Ice Cream. Tix is poured into a Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, connected to electricity and water, and we get the ice cream.
The toppings are in small bins at the front edge of the counter. Scoop the toppings onto the ice cream. Mix the ice cream using whatever ingredients the customer wants, using a spatula. The spatula is also used to scrape the mixed ice cream off the counter and into a bowl or waffle cone for serving.
Corn Dogs: Corn dogs frozen, pre-battered and pre-skewered. Placed into the deep fryer. The timer for the deep fryer is pre-set, and when they are in the fryer for the proper amount of time the basket raises to allow for the oil to drain from the corn dogs. They are placed into a chafing dish on the front counter under a heat lamp. When a client orders one or more corn dogs, they are removed from the chafing dish and placed into the proper size serving boat. They are handed to the client who would go to the kiosk to add condiments and pick up any napkins or cutlery required.
Nachos with Cheese/Jalapenos: #0 can of Nacho Cheese Sause would be opened with a commercial grade can-opener and scooped into the top of a standard double boiler, to heat and maintain the cheese sauce at the proper temperature and consistency.
With gloved hands, workers would scoop Chips into the Nacho Tray, scoop out hot cheese sauce with a ladle, sprinkle Sliced Jalapenos on top with gloved hands and hand the food product to client.
Fountain Soda. Worker would take the proper size cup in their hand, use an ice scoop to scoop ice into the cup, place the cup under the nozzle, press the cup against the lever and fill the cup. Take a lid from the lid supply and secure this on the top of the cup.
Lemonade: On a cutting board, the lemons would be cut in half. See through plastic cups and lids would be brought from storage. A food service quality bin of ice with ice scoop would be placed into the work area.
Workers serving lemonade would stand at the front counter, communicating with the customer. After taking the order, would scoop ice into a cup, pick up (with gloved hand), and squeeze Lemon Juice into the cup, using a Squeezer. Pre-mixed sugar water would be poured into the cup, and then the product would be served with lid and straw to the patron.
Tables, chairs, decorations (which may include table cloths, napkin holders, signage, displays) are carried from one venue to another in the trailer. They would be moved by hand from the trailer and set up in the proper location, by hand. Items are not heavy (25 pounds or less) and can be moved by hand and set up without any tools. The dining area would be in close proximity to the food concessions stand.
