Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers. Prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately. Be pleasant and alert to customer needs. Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment while following all health and safety standards. Work as a “team” member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer. Clean work area, organize and stock needed items. Move various treat, paper and cleaning items from other sections of building (or outside building) to immediate work area. Stock and execute proper rotation of products. Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill areas. Control food production process. Break down and clean chill area thoroughly at the end of every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader. Wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks. Occasional need to be out of building (i.e., parking lot, freezer, trash container areas, etc.) for parking lot pick-up, trash removal and other maintenance and cleaning activities. Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

Assemble and present completed treat orders according to restaurant quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Prepare treat products quickly and accurately while following all health and safety procedures. Stock and rotate products properly; complete prep work for stocking and set up of the chill area. Operate and maintain restaurant equipment, including chill equipment, in a safe and sanitary manner. Maintain cleanliness by washing counters, tables, restrooms, and trash receptacles; gathering and removing trash; sweeping and mopping floors; and performing other cleaning tasks as assigned. Clean work areas, organize and restock needed items, and move food, paper, and cleaning supplies from storage areas to workstations. Break down and thoroughly clean the chill area at the end of each day. Perform outside cleaning tasks such as parking lot pick-up, trash removal, and maintenance of exterior areas. Communicate with co-workers to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly. Inform supervisors promptly of problems or unusual issues. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Special Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to move cases of food or paper products, buckets of sanitizing liquid, or cleaning containers weighing up to 50 pounds, up to 10 times per six-hour shift. Must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly, and work under pressure in a high-volume environment. Requires the ability to work in varying temperature ranges and to handle food, drinks, and treat products throughout the shift. Must be able to travel quickly within the customer service area, often multiple times per customer, and handle up to 40 customers per hour. Requires the ability to read order monitors, recall and communicate product contents, and follow food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations. Must practice good personal hygiene, maintain a positive attitude, be punctual, and use proper manners when interacting with customers and co-workers. Must maintain effective communication with management and co-workers to promote a cooperative work environment.
