Job description
CANDIDATE FOR THE COOK POSITION WILL WORK DIRECTLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE
EXECUTIVE CHEF AND SOUS CHEF. THE CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
HELPING WITH THE EXECUTION OF THE DAILY PREP LIST, THIS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO VEGETABLES,
PROTEINS, STARCHES, BREADS, PASTRIES & DESSERTS.PREP , PREPARED AND COOK ALL MENU ITEMS, THE CANDIDATE WILL
ALSO HAVE A GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SANITATION PRACTICES AS WELL AS SAFE FOOD HANDLING
PROCEDURES. CANDIDATE WILL PRACTICE SAFE HYGIENE AND COMPLIANCE WITH FOOD HANDLING AND SANITATION
STANDARDS WHILE WORKING. THE EXECUTION OF THESE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION.
CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HELP WITH RECEIVING AND FOOD STORAGE. CANDIDATE WILL REPORT TO
SUPERVISOR ON A DAILY BASIS
