Job description
Restaurant Managers will be responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of the food and beverage outlets. Will also be responsible for keeping records regarding sanitation or food subsidies, investigating and resolving complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations, maintaining food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presenting of food, scheduling and receiving food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity, overseeing and assisting in collection of payments for banquet functions, setting up banquet rooms for functions, and monitoring reservations. May supervise up to twenty (20) Servers, ten (10) Bus/Runner Attendants, six (6) Bartenders, and two (2) Bar Utility.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM – 3:00PM, 10:00AM – 6:00PM, or 3:00PM – 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least two (2) years of food and beverage experience in a supervisory role in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club .
