SOUTHERN LAND HARVESTING LLC (FLC), (74) Temporary Agricultural Workers for (Bacon County, GA); of April/25/2026 to June/15/2026, (Blueberry Harvesting); Blueberry Harvest by hand, Picking of Blueberries, Packing of Blueberries, Cleaning Blueberries, Stack boxes/containers of Blueberries. Plant, weed, prune, care, cleaning and equipment operations in the blueberry farms.
Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. The job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds repetitively throughout the workday. Workers should be physically able to do the work required with or without reasonable accommodation. Workers should not hinder the productivity of another worker. Requires 1 month of verifiable work experience in blueberry manual harvesting. All cubes must be full. $0.50 Pound (Blueberry), or equivalent. Hourly Guaranteed $10.52 per Hour for “H-2A Workers.” And $12.27 per Hour for “U.S. Workers.” Guarantee 35 hours a week. 1st-week warranty. The use, possession, or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol during working time is prohibited. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol testing at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Housing is provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return own residency daily. The tools are provided by the employer at no cost to the worker. 3/4 scheduled working hours guaranteed. Transportation/Daily provided at no cost to workers. Transport/subsistence reimbursed for the costs incurred by reporting to the workplace if the worker completes half the period of employment. Return Transportation Refunded if the worker terminates the contract. The employer understands that the Fair Labor Standards Act applies independently of the H-2A requirements and imposes. obligations on employers regarding payment of wages. 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1). In the event a female worker is hired, the employer will provide separate sleeping, bathing, and toilet facilities for male and female workers. Must be 18 years old.
