Job description

Workers will perform manual labor harvesting blueberries, bell peppers, banana peppers, onions, and jalapeno peppers. They will harvest the fruit, place it in bins, buckets, or totes, carry filled containers to collection points, and sort and discard damaged or overripe produce. Duties include planting, cultivating, harvesting, preparing fields, clearing debris, raking, smoothing soil, planting and transplanting plants by hand, placing plants in holes, backfilling and tamping soil, watering newly planted plants, and performing hand weeding, hoeing, thinning, pruning, and removing dead plant material. Workers will maintain field sanitation by removing rocks, sticks, and trash, and cleaning their work area.

Special Requirements
