Job description
Workers will perform manual labor harvesting blueberries, bell peppers, banana peppers, onions, and jalapeno peppers. They will harvest the fruit, place it in bins, buckets, or totes, carry filled containers to collection points, and sort and discard damaged or overripe produce. Duties include planting, cultivating, harvesting, preparing fields, clearing debris, raking, smoothing soil, planting and transplanting plants by hand, placing plants in holes, backfilling and tamping soil, watering newly planted plants, and performing hand weeding, hoeing, thinning, pruning, and removing dead plant material. Workers will maintain field sanitation by removing rocks, sticks, and trash, and cleaning their work area.

Special Requirements
The employer will conduct drug testing only after hire and at the employers expense. Drug testing may occur in the event of a work related accident or through random post hire testing. If a worker fails a drug test or refuses to submit to drug testing following a work related accident or random post hire test, this may constitute probable cause for termination of employment
