Job description

SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQIPMENT TO PLANT, CULTIVATE, AND HARVEST ALL 2500 ACRES OF CROPS. ALL CATTLE FARM RELATED DUTIES INCLUDING TREATING, FEEDING, BEDDING AND WATERING LIVESTOCK. PUMP MANURE AND BALE HAY, GENERAL FARM MAINTENANCE TO ALL EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURES. ABILITY TO OBTAIN DRIVER'S LICENSE IN 30 DAYS OF HIRE, ABLE TO LIFT 100LBS REPEATEDLY AND 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE. 60% GRAIN RELATED DUTIES, 40% CATTLE AND MAINTENANCE RELATED DUTIES. ONCE ALL CALVES ARE BORN/WEENED AND ALL GRAINS/FEED IS HARVESTED/BALED, HOURS SIGNIFICANTLY DROP AND FAMILY CAN TAKE CARE OF THE REAMIANING WORK LOAD UNTIL MAY WHEN CROPS NEED WORKED ONCE AGAIN.
