Job description
Duties include operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, clean, maintain, and repair harvesting machinery cultivate, plant, harvest, load, and perform other agricultural duties and manual labor incidental to farming operations.; also conduct inspections, repairs and maintenance on farm equipment when required. Use hand tools, such as but not limited to shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, and shears. Perform sanitation duties that will include removing trash or debris from work areas, farm buildings, and fields; assist in upkeep of sanitation standards required by OSHA such as change potable water quality when necessary; keep hand-washing facilities neat and orderly, clean toilet area of any personal contaminates, and proper disposal of trash or garbage from the facilities. Mow grass around fields and around farm shop locations; dig ditches or channels for drainage or seedlings. Perform minor repairs to farm buildings, or other structures as well as using hand tools to perform maintenance or repairs to fencing around fields, ponds, and farm. Inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress. Workers must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned are provided to the worker, without charge or deposit. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. The employer agrees to offer the worker employment for the anticipated number of days and work hours stated in section A, items 6 and 7. The employer may offer the worker more than the specified hours of work on a single workday depending upon crop availability, weather conditions, mechanical issues, etc.(20 CFR 655.122(iv)) The job opportunity is a full-time, temporary position, calculated to be at least 35 hours per work week.(20 CFR 655.135 (f)) Work is done in all kinds of weather from extreme heat, cold and rain. Hours may fluctuate due to weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns but will not reduce the 3/4 guarantee over the life of the contract.

Housing is provided subject to allowable deduction.
Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test (at no cost to the worker), as part of fitness for duty and workers safety. Drug testing relates to safety assurance in a working environment. Testing positive or failure to comply with the random drug testing may result in immediate termination from employment.
The employer may terminate a worker if a worker: refuses without justified cause to perform work for which the worker was recruited and hired; or commits a serious act of misconduct; or fails, after completing any training to be able to perform all of the tasks described in the job order. If the worker voluntarily abandons employment before the end of the contract period or is terminated for cause, and the employer notifies the SWA, DOL, and USCIS in the case of an H2A worker, the employer will not be responsible for providing or paying for the subsequent transportation and subsistence expenses of that worker, and
