Job description
Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. These workers will primarily support the breakfast shift.
Key Responsibilities: Ingredient Preparation: • Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients according to recipes and standards. • Accurately weigh and measure
ingredients, following portion control guidelines. • Store prepared ingredients properly for sauce cooking • Maintenance: • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and
dishes. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper food storage • Stock food supplies, beverages, and condiments, keeping inventory organized and accessible.
Food Safety and Sanitation: • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. • Maintain proper hygiene and handwashing practices. • Ensure food is stored and handled correctly to
prevent spoilage and contamination. Other • Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy loads (50lbs or more). Must be able to work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and precise measurements. Ability to accurately
follow recipes and instructions. Absolute dedication to cleanliness. Must not be allergic to nuts, shellfish, or other common food allergens.

Training is for 2 WEEKS.
Shift times will be 7am - 3pm. Days worked can vary and can include all days of the week but will always be clearly communicated with the workers ahead of time. Workers will typically work 5 days a week for 40 hours a week unless overtime is offered and accepted. Overtime is never mandatory.
