Job description
Resort Services Attendants are responsible for accommodating lodging guests at the registration desk and selling lift tickets from adjacent ticket windows at guest registration. Make lodging reservations using an on-line reservation system, interact with guests by phone and in person including selling the limited food and beverage items available at resort registration, answer guest questions, check guests in and out, and forward requests from guests for supplies or services to appropriate staff. Learn and share knowledge about the resort, its products and policies, and the surrounding area. At the rental shop, assist guests with fitting and rental of skis, snowboards, poles, and helmets and perform basic safety checks, clean equipment with basic household cleaning supplies, and store equipment on shelves. Assist in customer crowd and line management at ticketing, rentals, and lifts. Following larger or poorly-timed weather events a few times per season when needed to keep operations running, remove snow or ice from walking pathways adjacent to guest registration and rental shop using sand/salt and/or handheld tools such as shovels and snow/ice scrapers.
Special Requirements
35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
