Job description
Perform duties on a farm like: Cultivate crops; Drive and operate Farm Machinery; Drive and operate self-propelled combine; Drive grain trucks; Harvest crops; Load commodities into containers/conveyors; Maintain equipment; Plant crops; Plow soil; Till Soil; Transport crops to elevator/storage area; Use GPS autosteer systems; Use Skid-steer loader; Apply pesticides/herbicides to crops; Apply fertilizers to crops; Clean bins; Load grain trucks; Clean and maintain grounds/facilities; Mix materials/chemicals for planter/sprayer; Changing oil as needed; Welding; General jobs that are associated with commercial grain crop production.

Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Minimum of (3) months experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Employer requires criminal background check post hire at employer's expense due to expensive tools and equipment on the farm. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. No minimum education required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
