Job description
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in serving and preparing food; train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures; supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities; estimate ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe; resolve customer complaints regarding food service; observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.
Special Requirements
Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Work shifts vary, (7 A.M. to 3 P.M., 11 P.M. to 7 A.M., and Split Shifts), 5 to 6 days per week, Monday through Sunday, weekend and holiday work required.
