Job description

The beekeeper will work with beehives, feeding hives, splitting, treating from illness, moving hives, extract honey, melt the wax, fix and build bee boxes, pallets, lids, cover hives with shade pallets. Swap Queen bee; help the colony to produce honey propolis, and bees. Clean and maintain honeycomb areas.
Duties might include driving required operating motorized vehicles, forklift, use of air tools, table and chop saws, and other woodworking tools.
The worker must perform work by employers terms and standards and observe safety precautions at the work. Workers are requested to work only for Desert Valley Honey. During days off or weekends, worker is prohibited by the law to go work for other employer or individual other than Desert Valley Honey LLC.
The hourly schedule is from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day will be paid from 6 am to 3 pm, this schedule includes 30 minutes of lunch, and two 15 minutes breaks. In case of bad weather conditions that can affect working conditions, employer will have workers take the day off.

Cell phone
The employer will provide cell phone for work and the worker will agree to the following terms:
Use of personal cell phone during work hours is prohibited. Except work phone for work related purposes.
Worker cant use work phone for personal purposes.
Worker is responsible for damage caused to the work phone provided by the employer.

Termination
The employer may terminate the worker with notification to the employment Service if the worker:
Refuses without justified cause to perform work for which the worker was recruited and hired.
Commits serious acts of misconduct or fails to drug testing.
Fails to the job duties.
Disobedient to the employer
Violates any clause of the contact.
Employer will give three warnings before terminating contract with the worker.
If worker decides to quit the job before the contract ends, the employer will report this to the government agencies in the next two business days.
The worker is in the understanding that must return to the country of origin when quitting or has the contract terminated and the temporary visa is no longer validated to work for any other company under the petition that was requested.

Special Requirements

Post-hire drug test required at no cost to the worker, paid by the employer. All US and Guest workers will be screened equally. The employer may terminate the worker's employment if the worker tests positive or fails to comply with the employer's current drug testing policy.
