Job description
Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations and luggage, distributing hotel information and schedules, collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis, contacting housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems, issuing room keys and escort instructions to bellhops, posting charges, such as those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers manually or by using computers, keeping records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers, and recording guest comments or complaints. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
