Job description
Assist guests with the safe operation of games and rides, Provide a safety briefing to guests prior to the start of the ride session, Report damage to equipment or technical issues to management in a timely manner, Interact with guests to create an engaging and entertaining experience, Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager, Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance, Enforce all safety policies when operating an attraction and reports any safety violations to management in a timely manner. Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various pre-cooked food items, to customers at events, Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service, Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner, Relays relevant information to supervisor, Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion, Enters sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded, Makes change, accepts acceptable forms of payment and issues receipts to customers, Follows standard procedures for cash handling, Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that the cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards, Performs other duties such as replenishing condiments and general supplies and maintaining cleanliness concession area, Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements, Performs other duties as assigned.
Special Requirements
Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures, loud noises; lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs and exhibit stamina. Operate equipment while sober. Willing to travel every 2-3 days. Post-employment employer-paid drug test may be administered.
Work days: Tues-Saturday
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 2:00pm-10:00pm (Subject to change based on hours of operation within each location)
Itinerary starts in Montgomery county. Work will be performed at various locations (see list of all counties included in itinerary for reference).
Wages and Pay Frequency:
Wage Range: Pay varies from $9.83/hr- $11.90/hr or $393.20-$476/week depending on location.
Overtime Hourly Wage: Additional hours may be offered; however, overtime pay is not offered and subject to Section 13(a)(3) of the FLSA.
Frequency of Pay: Weekly
Pay Assurance:
Employer will pay the highest of all prevailing wages for each worksite location throughout the entire period of employment.
Daily Transportation provided to all worksite locations from primary worksite? YES
Does employer offer a ride to primary worksite location to workers living within a reasonable
commute: Transportation to/from locations, Grocery Runs for workers staying in mobile housing 2-3x per week (dependent upon need)
