Job description
Stewards will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and sorting and removing trash. Stewards will also assist in basic food preparation as directed by the department chef. Please see job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
