Job description
Dining Room Captains will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Managers by ensuring all aspects of food and beverage are carried out and all guests and members’ needs are taken care of in the dining room, preparing schedules and assignments for dining room staff, monitoring and directing staff during service hours, and monitoring and appraising staff during work hours. Dining Room Captains may need to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Dining Room Captains may supervise up to ten (10) Servers, Bartenders, and Busser/Runners. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least five (5) months of experience at a high-end hotel, restaurant, resort, or private club.
