Job description
Evaluate kitchen equipment , safe practices and cleaning procedures,
Monitor safe practices, Determine new menu items and pricing,
Purchase food items, store in refrigeration,
Develop menu for Salsas,
Monitor inventory and set up quantity levels,
cook and assemble food items,
refrigerate and box food items,
confirm quantities of food items needed for 10-17 restaurants,
Determine if additional staff is needed and their responsibilities,
Train any additional employees for food preparation and safe practices,
Train restaurant staff on safe practices for receiving food items, storing in, refrigeration, cooking and holding at temperature and serving to customers,
Special Requirements
Requires General knowledge of kitchen and cooking skills
Requires proficiency in preparation and presentation of Colombian food items based on 12 months of experience working as a cook, and 3 months of training in inventory control.
