Job description
Prepare, Cook, and Season dishes in a timely delivery. Perform mise-en-place in sufficient quantities for the day's counts. Assisting the Sous Chef and Chef with the in the preparation and presentation of the daily menus (especially high-quality specials, soups, stew, and chilies) and assist servers with restocking and service of selections at stations where lines develop during peak business hours. Assist servers during busy times to speed guests through lines. Demonstrate proper operation of equipment, and use of knives and other kitchen tools. Work cooperatively with stewards. Keep work and service areas clean and uncluttered, especially walk-in coolers. Observe proper storage and rotation of food to ensure freshness and avoid waste. Label and store leftover products in the appropriate area of the cooler or kitchen. Perform daily food inventories before the end of each shift.
Special Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler's Permit and Sips and Tips.
1 year of cook and kitchen experience is required.
Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 40 lbs. Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include nights, holidays, and weekends.

On-The-Job Training Will Be Provided.
Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Multiple shifts available seven days a week including weekends and holidays between the hours of 6:00 AM-11:00 PM.
Hourly Wage: $15.20 - $21.25/hour
Overtime Possible at $22.80 - $31.88/hour.
Possible Wage Increase: based on merit and past experience with our company.
