Job description
Responsible for operating telephone in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking, booking, and modifying and cancelling reservations for all departments of the resort, processing payments and adjusting accounts, assisting guests with resort inquiries and carrying and storing luggage, providing information for guest requests, and servicing and processing transactions in the retail shop.
Special Requirements
Requirements: Six (6) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must complete Pre-employment Background Check.
Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include overnight, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:30pm, or 11:00pm to 7:30pm, or 3:00pm to 11:30pm or 11:00pm to 7:30am. Shift hours may vary.
