Job description

Load and unload fertilizer and grain trucks, trains also loading fertilizer spreaders. Receive multiple varieties of grain which all include probing and viewing for any issues with storing, then assigning to proper area within the elevator. Seed cleaning and drying will be needed. Operate, maintain, and clean grain handling equipment which will include everything from augers to lifts and all trucks within the organization. Clean and service all above equipment. Multiple housekeeping skills will be required to keep all work areas up to code this can be upkeep of equipment, such as belt replacements to lubricating to keep areas free of dust and debris. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required. Farming with: Corn, Soy Bean

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
